Your donation provides for the horses of Bearfoot Ranch who are the best teachers in the world. They provide therapeutic riding experiences for children in a safe, effective, and compassionate environment. When we bring on rescued horses to our ranch, our first priority is their physical and emotional care and safety. After we rehabilitate them and If we feel they are able to serve in our lesson program, we will let them work as long as they are capable. If this is not an option, we either find them a safe foster family or keep them at Bearfoot Ranch where they will live out the rest of their lives. We always keep tabs on our horses, no matter where we place them. Once a part of the herd, always a part of the herd.

A Home For Every Horse Volunteer Give Back Day
Earlier this year, Bearfoot Ranch Horse Rescue was fortunate to receive incredible support through the A Home For Every Horse Volunteer Give Back Day. Employees from Anheuser-Busch, Purina, Purina Horse Feed, Cherokee Feed & Seed, Equine Network, Equine Network Foundation, and Horses in the Morning generously contributed their time and expertise to a variety of projects, including building new ramps to help special needs children safely access our horses, repairing fences, painting the barn, replacing gates, and planting flowers to brighten the ranch.
The presence of the Budweiser Clydesdales team made the day even more special—a thrilling and unforgettable experience for everyone involved.
We are deeply grateful to all who participated for their selfless service and unwavering commitment. As a 501(c)(3) non-profit horse rescue and therapeutic riding facility, Bearfoot Ranch considers this generous gift a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.

Meet Pistol and Lovey, a bonded pair who arrived at Bearfoot Ranch when their elderly family member could no longer give them the care they deserved. After a few hopeful but heartbreaking rehoming attempts, the ranch kept faith—and kept them together. Then came the day their perfect person walked in, and everything clicked. Follow their journey from uncertainty to unbridled joy as Pistol and Lovey find their human match and the forever home they were always meant to share.
